Founder Jason Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial and mining sectors. He started in the trades after completing electrical training at trade school, gaining firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day risks contractors face in the field. That experience was later reinforced with a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, along with multiple published works focused on safety practices and industry standards.
That combination of hands-on experience and formal education shaped the foundation of Kelly Safety: safety should be practical, reliable, and free of unnecessary complexity.
