Our MSHA Part 46 New Miner Training – Spanish Language course delivers the full 24 hours of mandatory training for Spanish-speaking individuals beginning work at surface mining operations. This course provides the same high-quality instruction as our English version, ensuring all miners receive the critical safety education needed to start their careers informed, prepared, and protected.

The training covers essential topics including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hazard Communication (HazCom), respirable dust exposure, noise and hearing protection, emergency procedures, electrical safety, fire prevention, basic health awareness, and first aid. Additional topics may include workplace examinations, miner’s rights, site-specific hazards, and accident prevention strategies—presented entirely in Spanish for better comprehension and retention.

Developed in strict accordance with the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Part 46 regulations, this comprehensive program ensures full compliance with federal standards. Upon successful completion, trainees receive a certificate of training that satisfies MSHA’s 24-hour new miner requirement.
