
Lead Safety & Awareness
The Lead Safety Training course provides workers and employers with essential knowledge about lead hazards in the workplace. Participants will learn what lead is, where it is commonly found, and the types of products that may contain it. The course explores how lead exposure occurs, the potential health effects of both short- and long-term exposure, and why understanding these risks is critical for maintaining a safe work environment. Learners will also gain insight into the role of OSHA and other regulatory agencies in monitoring and controlling lead exposure.
Beyond hazard awareness, the training emphasizes practical safety measures and program development.
