52-Week MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher Program $199.00 | Company License
Turn the safety meetings you're already holding into a structured Part 46 annual refresher program.
The Kelly Safety 52-Week MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher Program gives contractors and mine operators a practical way to distribute annual refresher training throughout the year instead of treating it as a single 8-hour training event.
The program includes 52 ready-to-use weekly MSHA safety meetings, organized into 13 four-week training pods. Each meeting includes the training topic, practical field-focused instruction, space to document the actual training duration, and an employee attendance/signature sheet.
What's Included
52 complete MSHA Part 46 safety meetings
13 organized training pods
Training curriculum and implementation guidance
Miner attendance and signature sheets for every meeting
Fields for date, duration, competent person/conducted by, and location
Mine-specific and changing-condition training
Contractor-selected flex topic
Annual reinforcement and review topics
110-page downloadable PDF
Licensed for internal use by one purchasing company
Built for Part 46 Contractors
The program covers major Part 46 annual refresher subject areas including miners' rights, power haulage, ground control, electrical hazards, hazardous energy, machinery, health hazards, HazCom, PPE, falls, emergency preparedness, accident prevention, contractor coordination, and mine-specific conditions.
Several weeks are intentionally designed to address actual changes and hazards at the mine, keeping the annual program connected to the conditions miners are encountering rather than relying entirely on generic training.
Important Compliance Information
This program provides training materials and a structured method for conducting Part 46 annual refresher training throughout the year. Purchasing the program does not by itself satisfy or certify the MSHA annual refresher requirement.
Part 46 miners must receive at least 8 hours of annual refresher training every 12 months. Only actual training time conducted may be credited. The employer/operator is responsible for ensuring training is conducted by appropriate competent persons, aligns with its Part 46 training plan, addresses applicable mine-specific requirements, and is properly documented.
Optional Kelly Safety Review & Certification
Companies using the program may elect to have Kelly Safety review their completed annual training documentation and, where the appropriate Part 46 training-plan arrangements are in place, provide annual refresher record review and certification.
